At La Cabra Nubia, we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted, organic beard care kits. Because our products are personal care items, we have established the following policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an item purchased at lacabranubia.com.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Unopened & Unused: Due to the nature of organic grooming products and essential oils, we can only accept returns on kits where the seals on the beard butter and oil bottles remain intact.

Complete Kits: Returns must include the full kit (beard butter, essential oils, and any included tools/packaging).

Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Opened Products: Any product that has been opened, swatched, or mixed cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Gift Cards: Digital gift cards are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card or original point of purchase).

Timing: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Charitable Impact: Please note that while we refund the purchase price, the portion of proceeds already committed to our "Give a Goat" charity partners remains with the charity to fulfill our mission.

5. Shipping for Returns

Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Deduction: If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your kit arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at lacabranubia.com or via our social media channels. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund for the defective product.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team through our website. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
