By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. La Cabra Nubia reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Unless otherwise stated, La Cabra Nubia and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. This includes, but is not limited to, the logo, product names, "Beard Spotlights," and marketing content. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
3. Products and Pricing
Customization: Our kits include 100% organic, US-made beard butter and separate essential oils. It is the customer's responsibility to follow provided guidelines when mixing scents.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change product prices (currently set at $74.00 per kit) at any time without notice.
Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
4. Shipping and Returns
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Detailed return and refund policies are available on our [Returns Page], and by purchasing, you agree to those terms.
5. Limitation of Liability (Product Use)

La Cabra Nubia provides high-quality, organic ingredients; however, the use of topical products involves inherent risks.
Allergy Warning: While our products are organic, they contain natural botanical extracts and essential oils. Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list and performing a "patch test" before full application.
Essential Oil Safety: Essential oils are highly concentrated. La Cabra Nubia is not liable for skin irritation, respiratory issues, or injury resulting from improper mixing ratios, failure to dilute oils in the provided beard butter, or accidental ingestion.
Disclaimer of Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by law, La Cabra Nubia provides its products "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall La Cabra Nubia, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
6. The "Give a Goat" Mission
A portion of proceeds from every sale is donated to third-party charities to provide livestock to families in need. While we vet these charities, La Cabra Nubia acts as a donor and is not responsible for the internal operations or final delivery of livestock by these independent organizations.
7. User Comments and Feedback
If you post reviews or comments on our social media or website, you grant La Cabra Nubia a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and edit those comments in any and all forms or media.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
