Thank you for choosing La Cabra Nubia. We take pride in our artisanal, 100% organic beard care products and want to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are not included in the $84.00 purchase price of our kits. These costs are determined based on the weight of the items and the delivery destination.

2. Processing and Fulfillment Time

All of our beard butter and essential oil kits are carefully prepared and packaged.

Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days.

Weekend Fulfillment: Please note that as a small-batch producer, many of our kits are handcrafted over the weekend. Orders placed late in the week may be fulfilled during our weekend production cycle.

Launch Volume: During our official launch period starting May 18th, 2026, please allow for potential minor delays as we manage initial high order volumes.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Carriers and Methods

We primarily ship via USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery across the United States. During checkout, you may have the option to select from various shipping speeds (e.g., Standard, Expedited).

5. Damages

La Cabra Nubia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are looking forward to expanding our "Give a Goat" mission globally in the future.
